Siemens invited me to come to Berlin for a few days in order to try their newest and fantastically fancy show kitchen. I prepared one of my favourite dishes, a soto ajam. This recipe was taught to me by my father, who spent a lot of time in Indonesia and loved to treat me and my family with the delights he had learned to cook while he was there. I really enjoyed cooking in this kitchen and particularly enjoyed the induction hob with build-in extraction.
